To maintain the highest standards of quality and hygiene, we accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
Manufacturing Defects: Issues with stitching, fabric, or printing that were present upon arrival.
Incorrect Item: If we mistakenly sent a different team, player, or size than what you ordered.
Condition: The jersey must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all "Thailand Quality" tags still attached.
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
Personalized Jerseys: Any jersey customized with a specific name and number (your own name or custom numbers).
Used Items: Jerseys that show any sign of wear, scent (perfume/detergent), or have the tags removed.
Sale/Clearance Items: Products purchased during a special promotion or clearance event.
Because we deal with high-demand sports apparel, all issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Action Required: Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt. If there is a problem, contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp with clear photos of the defect and the packaging.

Review: Our team will review your photos and approve the exchange within 24 hours.
Shipping: Once approved, you must ship the item back to our Hetauda location.
Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the mistake was ours (wrong item/defect).
Exchange First: Our primary policy is to provide an exchange for the correct item.
Store Credit: If the item is out of stock, we will provide store credit that you can use for any future purchase.
Cash Refunds: Refunds to your original payment method (eSewa/Khalti/Bank) are only issued if we cannot fulfill your order or provide a suitable replacement.
